Staying on Top of Health
I do the following to stay on top of my health*:
1) Exercise regularly - this means 3 times per week minimum
2) Use essential oils daily - diffuse, applied to my skin, taken internally
3) Take supplements - probiotic, collagen, vitamins, amino acids, minerals
4) Plan meals to include clean ingredients with plenty of vegetables, protein, and healthy fats
5) Go to bed at a reasonable hour - I am always in bed and asleep before 11pm
6) Practice gratitude - continual reminders about the blessings in my life
7) Hydrate - as soon as I wake I drink at least 12 ounces of water
8) Connect with people - everyday I initiate texting at least one friend to reach out
9) Read articles about health, fitness, and wellness
10) Get some sunshine - going outdoors for fresh air and sun rejuvenates my soul
